FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Do I have to pay for an estimate?
Never. All estimates are free. This helps me and you, to make sure that your project is going to be completed properly. I like to know exactly what we are getting into, so I can provide the best service with proper tools and materials.

Do I have to provide tools & materials?
You do not need to provide tools, we have all of our own. When it comes to materials, when you have specific requirements for bigger jobs, it’s always best to have them provided. However, we are always happy to purchase them, pick them up and deliver them to you.
-
Are you licensed & insured?
Absolutely! I believe in providing the best service I can. That includes a complete peace of mind, when it comes to your home and investment. No one likes an accident, but in a rare case where it happens, I want you to know that you and your property and myself are covered.
-
How do you accept payments?
I accept all of the traditional methods of payment; cash, check, money order, card, etc. I can also arrange for bank transfers, if the need arises. If you prefer other digital options, I also utilize Zelle, PayPall & Venmo. I will also take crypto & precious metals! =P
-
Do you guarantee your work?
Of course! I stand behind the work that we do. If you aren’t happy, I am not happy. In addition, I offer a base 1 year warranty on the quality, materials and workmanship of my client’s projects. If there are any issues with a completed project or repair, please let me know.
-
How do you charge for your work?
I price jobs for the entire project, not hourly. This helps to ensure that your quote is never exceeded. I could go lower, but never higher. That’s a promise. However, there is a $75 minimum, for call outs. So, if you have several small repair jobs, let me know and I will do as much work as I can, in my time at your home.
